PlusAI develops SuperDrive, a Level 4 autonomous driving system that truck makers integrate at the factory. It also sells HyperFoundry, which monetizes its physical-AI data, models and simulation. Partners include TRATON (Scania, MAN, International), Hyundai, Iveco, NVIDIA and Bosch. It runs autonomous freight routes in Texas with Ryder and International. The long-term model is recurring 'Driver-as-a-Service' fees, with commercial launch targeted for 2027. In 2026 it reported $25M of year-to-date revenue and a $40–50M contracted revenue target for the year. TRATON committed up to $25M of R&D funding in January 2026.
