It scores driving behavior (GreenZone), coaches drivers, rewards good driving and exonerates drivers after incidents. In 2026 it added AI agents for coaching and incident response. It sells to commercial fleets in North America, Europe, India and Australia/NZ, mainly through SaaS subscriptions plus hardware. It raised a $90M Series D led by Point72 in January 2025 at a reported ~$1.3B valuation. Total funding is reported at roughly $340–350M. Third-party estimates put 2024 revenue/ARR at about $210M.
