Rozana runs a rural omnichannel retail platform that combines a consumer app, retail experience centres and its own distribution network. It serves rural households in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, and it relies on village-based micro-entrepreneurs ("peer partners") to onboard customers. It raised ₹290 crore ($31.6M) in a Series B led by Bertelsmann India Investments in 2026, bringing total funding to nearly $60M. Earlier, it raised a $22.5M Series A in March 2024. Tracxn reports revenue of ₹100–500 Cr for FY2025.
