It uses AI to match e-commerce firms, small businesses and other space seekers with warehouses, and it lets owners monetize unused capacity through free listings. It raised a $2.2M seed round in 2020, backed by real estate firms including Xebec Realty. In 2022 it reported 154 warehouses across 33+ states. It was an Inc. 5000 honoree in 2024 (No. 1,047) and has a 10-year deal with The Salvation Army, announced in 2020.
