Ramp reportedly raises about $1.85B at a $60B pre-money valuation in a round led by Dragoneer and Thrive
Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter, reported on October 9 that Dragoneer Investment Group and Thrive Capital led the round, with Founders Fund also writing a large check. The $60B figure is pre-money, so the new capital sits on top of it. Ramp has not announced the financing. The New York company raised $750M at a $44B valuation in June and said then that it served 70,000 businesses, up from 50,000 at the start of the year. Bloomberg reported at the time that annualized revenue had passed $1.5B. Ramp has spent 2026 pushing AI deeper into finance workflows, including a router that sends tasks to cheaper models and a system aimed at accounting firms. For AI founders, Ramp is the clearest case of a mature software category being repriced on AI execution, with a revenue-heavy fintech drawing lab-style markups. Investors will benchmark AI-native back-office startups against its growth and multiple, and rivals such as Brex now face a higher bar when they raise.
