Readily raises $11M Series A for AI regulatory compliance in healthcare
San Francisco-based Readily closed a Series A led by Define Ventures, with Y Combinator and the California Health Care Foundation Innovation Fund participating. Valuation and revenue were not disclosed. The population figure comes from the lead investor and describes people covered by customer organizations, not Readily users. The software tracks regulatory changes, works out which internal policies are affected, assigns owners and assembles audit evidence. Health plans and other regulated groups usually do this by comparing new rules with internal documents by hand and chasing departments for proof of completion. Readily links those steps into one system so managers can see whether each obligation has been met. For AI builders, the round points to recurring compliance workflows as a durable enterprise target. Buyers care about accountability and evidence trails as much as generation speed, so products that produce audit-ready records tend to win procurement. Regulated verticals reward teams with domain expertise and early YC-style distribution.
