Hi everyone! I’m Ricardo, a physician and founder based in São Paulo, Brazil.

I created Plantão360, a vertical SaaS mobile productivity app for physicians—especially those working shifts across multiple hospitals. It brings shift scheduling, payment tracking, finances, and professional documents into one place. The product grew out of challenges I experienced firsthand in my own medical practice.

I lead product direction, define workflows and requirements, and work with a developer on technical implementation. I also use AI to analyze Firebase/GA4 reports, investigate product issues, structure specifications, and organize project knowledge through a Claude-assisted Obsidian workflow. Development is currently paused.

Beyond Plantão360, I’m experimenting with two personal, unpublished projects: Dump.do, a conversational tool designed to support mental unloading and clarity, and a prompt/context-building tool. Both are AI-assisted projects, not established businesses.

I’m here to exchange practical experience with founders and builders, particularly around healthcare, AI evaluation, context engineering, and useful LLM applications. I’m also exploring freelance opportunities where my clinical background and hands-on experience with AI can contribute.
