Hi, I'm Atsushi — Building IDOS, an Open-Source Intelligence Dynamics Framework
Hi everyone! I'm Atsushi Kubo from Japan.
I'm an independent researcher developing IDOS (Intelligence Dynamics Operating System), an open-source research project exploring how intelligence evolves over time across humans, organizations, and AI systems.
What I'm building
IDOS is a trajectory-centered architecture that attempts to describe and observe dynamic changes across different domains.
Rather than focusing only on intelligence at a particular moment, I'm interested in understanding how intelligence changes, interacts with its environment, and generates new possibilities over time.
What's working
I've published the theoretical framework and a Python reference implementation on GitHub.
I'm currently exploring experimental approaches to observing trajectories across different domains. The project is still at an early research stage, and many questions remain open.
What I'm looking for
I'm particularly interested in hearing different perspectives and receiving critical feedback on the framework.
I'm also curious about potential applications and connections to other fields that I may not have considered.
My professional background is in finance, accounting, and business transformation, rather than traditional AI engineering. This interdisciplinary perspective has strongly influenced how I approach the research.

Looking forward to learning from this community and exchanging ideas.
