Hi everyone, Just Joined and Glad to be here.
I'm a founder in Kuwait, building AI products on one engine I wrote in-house. And I build all of it solo — no team, no co-founder; the design, the code, and the write-ups are me.
Kazma is the engine — an autonomous agent framework. A supervisor with long-term memory and real tools, a swarm mode where several agents take on one task, and a human approval gate before anything risky runs. It works in the browser, the terminal, and chat apps.
On top of it, three products:
Atlas (KCA) — an operating layer for companies. It sits above the systems a business already runs and makes the institution smarter rather than just the individual: planning new ventures, running daily execution, watching risk, connecting partners, mapping growth. Not an ERP, not a chatbot.
ShipX — an all-in-one commerce platform for GCC merchants. One catalog and one AI agent across every channel they actually sell on: WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and their own website. Stock and products sync both ways with the site, push out to Meta's catalog so they appear in the WhatsApp shop and on Instagram, and every conversation lands in one inbox next to orders, delivery, returns and analytics.
HypertFit — an AI fitness coaching app for a coach and their athletes, Arabic and English.
Same thread through all of it: Arabic-first products for a region most AI tooling quietly ignores.
I'm here to learn from people who've shipped at scale, especially the unglamorous part — keeping agents reliable when they're actually doing things, not just talking. If you're building in agents or in MENA, say hi.
