Cemtrex has two segments. Its Security segment, under the Vicon Industries brand, sells video management software, cameras, servers and access control with AI analytics and edge-AI processing. It serves industrial and commercial sites, prisons, hospitals, schools and government. Its Industrial Services segment, Advanced Industrial Services (AIS), provides rigging, millwrighting and equipment installation to manufacturers. Revenue was about $76.5M in fiscal 2025 (up 14%), with Security at about $38.4M and Industrial Services at about $38.1M, and it returned to a full-year operating profit.
