GEOAI (Guangzhou iMapCloud / Zhongke Yuntu Intelligent Technology) builds the iNest series of intelligent UAV docking stations, iFlyer inspection software, edge-computing modules and the GEOAI UOS drone-operations platform. It sells to power grid, photovoltaic and water utilities and to smart-city agencies for emergency response, traffic and environmental protection. It positions itself as a low-altitude UAV remote-sensing network operator, selling hardware plus software and services. It was founded in June 2017 out of the Guangzhou Institute of Geography. CB Insights lists it at Series B, with investors including Yuexiu Industrial Fund, TBEA and CSTC. Crunchbase lists a Series C led by Guangzhou Industrial Investment Group and Haizhu Urban Development.
