Procore acquires DroneDeploy for $845M

DroneDeploy helps organizations collect, manage, and analyze visual data from construction sites, infrastructure, and other physical assets. On July 29, 2026, Procore announced it would acquire DroneDeploy for $845M (cash). Procore is a cloud-based management software that helps to simplify project execution and management tasks for construction sectors. At the middle of Crunchbase's revenue estimate ($50M to $100M) the price works out to roughly 12× revenue.
