K1x develops software solutions that support tax compliance, data management, and reporting for investment entities. On April 16, 2026, Sumeru Equity Partners announced it would acquire K1x for $175M. Sumeru Equity Partners is a private equity firm that invests in middle market companies across software, hardware, and technology. At the middle of Crunchbase's revenue estimate ($10M to $50M) the price works out to roughly 8× revenue.
