Cisco acquires Astrix Security for $400M

Astrix Security is a cloud-based security platform that protects non-human identities across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments. On May 4, 2026, Cisco announced it would acquire Astrix Security for $400M. Cisco develops, manufactures, and sells networking hardware, telecommunications equipment, and other technology services and products. At the middle of Crunchbase's revenue estimate ($10M to $50M) the price works out to roughly 18× revenue.
