Supabase closed a $150 million round led by GIC and agreed to acquire Turso, the SQLite-based database company, to add per-agent databases to its platform; terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Supabase is the default backend for a large share of vibe-coded and agent products, Lounge included, so this is directly relevant: expect cheap, disposable databases spun up per agent or per user to become a first-class primitive.
