ServiceNow buys Moveworks for $2.85B, the first $1B+ enterprise AI-agent exit
ServiceNow agreed on March 10, 2025 to acquire Moveworks, the AI assistant for IT and HR requests used at 350 enterprises, for about $2.85B in cash and stock, the largest acquisition in ServiceNow's history and the first billion-dollar exit for an enterprise AI-agent company. Moveworks was last valued at $2.1B in 2021.
