Labelbox raises more than $100M Series E at $1.25B pre-money, mixing equity and credit
Infinitum Partners led the Series E. Wipro Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, B Capital, Tau Ventures and Snowpoint Ventures also took part. The round combines equity with a credit facility, and the company did not split the two. The $1.25B figure is a pre-money valuation, so post-money is higher. Labelbox says it has more than 400 customers, including over 90% of leading US AI labs, and that it reached profitability in 2026 while growing more than 5x year over year. No revenue figure was given. Funds go to research and engineering on Horizon, its reinforcement learning environment product, and Recursion Managed Agents, which opened to enterprise customers earlier this month. CEO Manu Sharma wrote that compute access will be central to the next phase, and noted that Infinitum's John Yetimoglu was an early Groq investor. For builders, the raise shows the data-labeling business moving from annotation toward RL environments and managed agents, where demand from frontier labs is growing fastest. A profitable vendor with a credit line is also a steadier supplier than most.
