Reach Security lands more than $50M Series B from Top Tier, In-Q-Tel and M12
Top Tier Capital Partners led the round. Ballistic Ventures, In-Q-Tel, M12 (Microsoft's venture fund) and existing investors participated. The company said the amount was more than $50M and did not report a valuation or revenue. Reach sells an AI system that reads the live configuration of the security products an enterprise already runs and then adjusts them. It announced the funding alongside Reach Everywhere, which pushes those control insights into the places where defenders already work, through integration partnerships. Money will go to product work, integrations, international expansion and growth in US enterprise and federal markets, which fits the In-Q-Tel participation. Reach is one of several security vendors pitching autonomous operation of existing defenses rather than a new detection layer. Attackers are using AI to find misconfigurations faster, so the pitch is closing those gaps at machine speed. For AI builders, the cap table is a useful signal: strategic backing from Microsoft's fund and an intelligence-community investor suggests government and big-platform channels are open to agentic security products.
