Rohlik founder's Duvo raises $32M Series A led by Balderton for operations agents
Balderton Capital led the round, with existing investors Index Ventures, Northzone and Credo Ventures participating. Duvo was founded in 2025 by a team associated with Rohlik, has nearly 60 employees, and counts Morrisons, Holland & Barrett, Boden, Notino and Allegro as customers. No valuation or revenue figure was given. The company says it has unlocked over $100 million of value for clients. The product starts with Duvo Clarity, which maps how work actually runs through AI-led interviews with staff, screen recordings and existing documents. Agents then execute the approved steps across ERPs, supplier portals, spreadsheets and inboxes, using APIs where they exist and the same screens people use where they do not. At Notino, a quarterly reconciliation of about $45 million a year in supplier bonuses fell from 70 days to 15. For founders, the signal is that enterprise agent buyers want process discovery bundled with execution. Gartner predicts over 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027, so vendors that show measured operational results hold an edge.
