ServiceNow reportedly acquires Sweep, maker of agents for go-to-market systems
Calcalist reports ServiceNow has acquired Sweep, with the deal estimated at hundreds of millions of dollars. Neither company officially announced it or disclosed a price. ServiceNow told Calcalist the technology strengthens its AI-native development and agentic deployment for CRM. Sweep was founded in 2021 by Ido Gaver and Eran Kirshenboim, and its disclosed funding totals $46M, including a $22.5M Series B from May 2025 led by Insight Partners with Bessemer Venture Partners. Sweep builds an agentic workspace for revenue operations. It monitors metadata across ServiceNow, Salesforce and HubSpot, finds misaligned fields and bottlenecks, writes documentation and is developing agents that recommend or make changes. The purchase comes less than two months after ServiceNow bought Israeli AI startup ai.work. For AI builders, the estimated price is large relative to capital raised, which signals that enterprise platforms are paying up for agents that already work inside their ecosystems. Startups building on top of a platform's data model should expect that platform to be a likely buyer.
