Simplismart raises $14M Series B led by Dallas Venture Capital for AI inference

Simplismart raised $14 million in a Series B led by Dallas Venture Capital, with participation from Nvidia, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax. The company announced the round on October 27. Its software helps application companies run AI workloads within cost and performance targets, and helps cloud providers sell managed AI services on their own GPU capacity. Named production customers include HeyGen, Higgsfield, InVideo, Shiprocket, Apna and Ema. The announcement presents efficiency as the growth driver, arguing that cutting serving cost is what makes an AI product viable. Nvidia and Accel are among the backers, which places the company among several inference tooling startups competing for app builders and cloud providers. For founders, serving cost and deployment control now carry real weight in fundraising. Teams choosing an inference stack should compare managed options with self-hosting before traffic scales.
