How karma works on Lounge

  • ▲Everyone starts with 5 karma. You get +1 each time another member upvotes one of your posts or comments, and your karma shows next to your name across Lounge.
  • 1Help someone here. Try their product or read through their repo, then leave real feedback in the comments: what broke, what confused you, what you would change.
  • 2Earn karma for it. Every upvote your feedback gets, from the builder you helped or anyone else reading, is +1 karma. The more useful the feedback, the more it earns.
  • 3Get feedback back. Post your own project or repo with a link and what you want tested, and members will do the same for you.

Building GCC Match: How Would You Find Your First 10 B2B Users?

Hi fellow founders!

I'm Muhammad Mamduh Saffin, founder of TGPU Digital Ecosystem and TGPU Gulf Advisory in Malaysia.

I'm currently building GCC Match, an early-stage platform designed to help businesses discover and connect with potential partners between Malaysia and the GCC.

Our biggest challenge now isn't building more features. It's validating demand and attracting genuine business users.

I'd love to learn from founders who have built B2B marketplaces, matching platforms, or cross-border business networks.

Three questions:

  1. How did you find your first 10 genuine business users?
  2. What worked best for building trust between buyers and suppliers?
  3. Would you recommend starting with manual qualification and introductions before scaling automation?

I'm also looking to connect with 2–3 UAE-based founders or business operators who would be open to providing feedback or exploring a small pilot collaboration.

Our platform: match.tgpugulf.com

I'd genuinely appreciate your insights and would be happy to exchange perspectives on the Malaysia–GCC market.

Thank you!

Your next GitHub upload, made simpler 🚀

Building a project on GitHub shouldn't require complicated Git commands for every file upload.

That's why I build Treeporter, an open-source tool that lets you upload files, folders and ZIP archives to GitHub directly from your browser.

🎯 The goal: make sending files to GitHub simpler, faster and more accessible.

I develop Treeporter as part of Wiyotl, my independent technology brand.

I'm currently improving the project and would love to hear from developers and builders:

  • What would make a tool like this genuinely useful to you?
  • What features or pain points should I focus on next?

Try it out and share your feedback:

GitHub: github.com/Wiyotl/Treeporter-main

Live demo: wiyotl.github.io/Treeporter-main/

Simple. Fast. Treeporter.

TechTyra: a decade in banking data, now founding in Melbourne

My background is in banking, data analytics, reporting and operational improvement. After more than a decade working with business processes and data, I founded TechTyra in 2026 to build practical AI tools for small businesses and individuals.

Our approach is simple: if existing software doesn't solve a problem properly, explore building something that does.

What I'm building:

  • MoneyRescue: An AI-powered financial assistance tool developed for the DeveloperWeek New York 2026 Hackathon.
  • ComplaintMate: Helping consumers prepare, manage and follow up on complaints.
  • ReelUnpack: Turning online videos into useful, searchable information.
  • ChatPrune: Organising AI conversation histories into useful knowledge. This project has been part of two hackathons.
  • Bespoke AI solutions: Exploring workflow automation and practical AI tools for small businesses.

What's working:
AI-assisted development has allowed me to turn ideas into working applications without a traditional development team. I'm learning a lot about product development, testing, integrations and cloud infrastructure along the way.

What I'm looking for:
I'm now focusing on taking products beyond development into real-world use and sustainable revenue.

I'd love to connect with founders who have experience finding their first paying customers, validating pricing or launching products. I'm also interested in exchanging feedback and testing each other's tools. Looking forward to meeting fellow founders, especially those in Melbourne!

KlirProspect pilot update: looking for one more agency owner

Last week, I shared my goal of finding five people to try KlirProspect, a tool designed to help small agencies find local businesses for their outreach.

We’ve recorded activity from four accounts outside our testing team. I’m now confirming whether they belong to four different participants and collecting their feedback.

During each 15-minute guided demo, I want to learn:

  • Were the results useful for your prospecting?
  • What was difficult or unclear?
  • Could you find your saved prospects and follow-up information?
  • Would you use KlirProspect again?

If the four accounts belong to four different participants, we’ll need one more agency owner to reach our goal of five guided trials.

klirprospect.klirline.ca/
If you run a small agency and would like to take part, comment below or send me a message. Your honest feedback will help us understand what’s useful and what needs improvement.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this first step!

I fixed the gap

Three days ago a cybersecurity professor critiqued my project in public: an agent-security audit log is self-attestation — the system investigating itself writes its own evidence. He was right. As of tonight it's closed.

Chain heads are now anchored to custody sinks the system can append to but never rewrite — a git repo plus RFC 3161 timestamps — with verification that re-walks the store against the anchors without trusting the system. A rewrite-and-rehash attack (modify a record, recompute every hash consistently so the internal verifier passes green) is caught by the external anchors as a contradiction.

That exact attack is executed by CI, and the run records are frozen in the repo. Critique, design, implementation, attack, detection — all public, all this week.

If governance for autonomous agents is your lane, I'm looking for design partners who'll try to break it.

🚀 Introducing NEX-AI — Building a More Capable Personal AI Assistant

I'm building NEX-AI at AHMII Labs — a personal AI assistant project focused on making AI more useful beyond ordinary conversations.

My vision is to bring together AI assistance, task-oriented agents, automation, and persistent memory in one connected experience.

I'm especially interested in making AI systems more reliable: remembering useful context, handling tasks carefully, and knowing when to ask for clarification instead of guessing.

NEX-AI is an ongoing project, and I'm continuing to develop and improve it step by step. Building in public helps me learn from other developers, founders, and AI enthusiasts along the way.

DreamForge Agent Skills: a better interview before the build, a better review after it

“Build me an app” leaves a lot unsaid. Who uses it? What job does it replace? How will we know it works?

My DreamForge Agent Skills collection gives coding agents practical workflows for that conversation and for reviewing the result. It includes start-an-app, audit-my-app, security-scanner and apple-hig-compliance, with plain-English guidance for people who do not code.

The skills support Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and other coding agents. The repository credits upstream authors and adaptations, and is MIT licensed. An automated audit helps find issues; it is not a guarantee that an app is safe or ready to ship.

I would love feedback from business owners learning to build and developers helping them review: which question should an agent ask before it touches the code?

Code Dungeon: walk through the workshop where your AI agents are building

Each project has its own chamber. Each workbench has a live terminal. The characters in the dungeon are real coding agents working through your GitHub issues.

Code Dungeon is my local 3D workshop for managing agent-built software: plan the work, watch coding sessions, review tester reports and pull requests, then ship when ready. It works with your own agent subscriptions, and includes a separate pretend-project demo mode. It grew out of Leon van Zyl’s cubefarm and is MIT licensed.

I would value feedback on setup and visibility: can you understand what each agent is doing, and what evidence do you need before trusting a change?

Building BAM: what would make you trust software from an unfamiliar developer?

A polished landing page can tell you what an app promises. A business owner also needs evidence that it works.

BizAppsMarket (BAM) is a work in progress I am building around that problem: a marketplace for small-business software with a review process covering eight areas and human sign-off before listing.

The public site explains the proposed approach and accepts founding-developer applications. The buyer catalog is planned to open once the first apps pass. Its sample listings and reports are illustrations, not proof of an established marketplace.

I would value two perspectives: owners choosing software, and independent builders prepared to have their work reviewed. What should the report show? What would make the process useful and fair?

I am happy to discuss the workflow and use your feedback to shape it while it is still being built.

The Saffron Wake: eight passages aboard S/V Drommedaris

A weathered ship. A faithful crew. An ocean full of stories.

The Saffron Wake is my maritime adventure under Mafuta Games. Take the helm of S/V Drommedaris, carry cargo, work the harbours, learn the weather and explore a painted world with music and shipboard life. Eight desktop chapters are available; development is continuing.

I would love feedback on the first passage: does steering feel understandable, do you know what to do next, and does the world make you want to keep sailing? Please include your browser and chapter if something gets in the way.

OneTruck: the next job, the quote and the invoice in one working day

When you are doing the work and running the business, admin has to fit between stops.

OneTruck is built for cleaners, lawn-care operators, handymen, mobile detailers and other small home-service businesses. It brings the day’s jobs, customers, quotes, invoicing, payments and route planning together, with a phone-friendly Today board.

There is also an MCP connection so an AI assistant can help with permitted tasks, with access controlled by the owner.

I am looking for a few operators or people who support these businesses to walk through one real job from enquiry to payment. I can help you explore the workflow; your feedback will shape what needs to be simpler.

CashDash: can the receipt pile become a simpler monthly routine?

The receipt in the truck, the invoice in email, the photo you meant to send your bookkeeper—small-business records rarely arrive in one tidy place.

CashDash brings phone capture, uploads and forwarded email into a ledger you can review and correct, then export as a spreadsheet for your accountant. AI helps extract the details; the owner can check and change the entries.

I would value feedback from solo owners and bookkeepers on three steps: capturing a receipt, fixing a mistake, and handing the month over. I can help you walk through the workflow and would welcome design partners who want to shape it around real bookkeeping habits.

Lighthouse: when a buyer asks AI for recommendations, does your brand appear?

Ask an AI assistant a question your customers ask before buying. Does it mention your business, your competitors, or neither?

I built Lighthouse to track those questions over time, compare a brand with up to three competitors, and turn the findings into a content playbook. The current product covers ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI Overview.

I am looking for marketers, PR practitioners, agencies and business owners willing to test a real brand with a small set of buyer questions. I want to learn whether the evidence leads to a useful next decision. The product uses prepaid scan credits; there is no promise of a particular ranking.

DreamForge Vets: where does a clinic lose time between booking and billing?

A busy clinic should not have to enter the same information three times to get through one visit.

DreamForge Academy: build your first useful AI project

You do not need to become a developer before you can start solving a small business problem with AI. You do need a clear job to tackle, a way to check the result, and somewhere to ask when you get stuck.

Shipped: MuseRig — guided AI marketing production for small teams

Thanks to Ryan for inviting me after finding my GitHub projects. I'm Emile, and I built MuseRig for small-business owners and small teams who still have to produce the marketing after doing the rest of the work.

MuseRig guides you from a business goal, website or existing assets to a reviewable plan for product photos, short ads, explainers and presenter videos. You see the exact price before generation and approve it yourself. Purchased credits do not expire.

I'm looking for early users with a real campaign to make, and marketing or PR practitioners who would like to help shape the workflow as design partners.

I'd particularly value feedback on the brief, creative review, output quality and pricing. Would you use the finished work for your business or a client? What would need to improve?

If that sounds relevant, tell me what you're trying to create and who it needs to reach.

Building policy, not just products: a battery EPR draft law for Mongolia

Building policy, not just products 🇲🇳🔋
I just published version 2 of a draft law on batteries and waste batteries for Mongolia, now with a full English translation.

Mongolia imports thousands of used hybrid and electric vehicles, but has no system yet for what happens to their batteries. Our current Law on Waste even allows batteries to be landfilled. The draft sets up Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR): importers fund collection and recycling, batteries get a QR-linked digital record, and every EV battery is health-checked (SoH) before recycling, so usable ones get a second life.

v2 adds lessons from India's Battery Waste Management Rules: tracking black mass, bringing informal collectors into the system, and on-site inspections instead of paper-only reporting.

It's an independent proposal from my organisation, MCBI, not an official government draft. I'm preparing it for discussion with Mongolia's Ministry of Environment.

📄 Open access (Mongolian + English): zenodo.org/records/23647695
Two questions for this community:

  1. Has anyone built battery passport or traceability tools? I've built a small pilot registration portal and would love feedback.
  2. Anyone working with satellite imagery or computer vision for supply-chain monitoring? I'm exploring tracking Mongolia's mineral exports.

Happy to connect, especially with anyone in Prague or Czechia.

17, aspiring AI researcher: I built a tool that maps what you’ve actually built in AI

Hey everyone, I’m Alex, the 17 year old founder of AI-Atlas.

A bit about me: I want to become an AI researcher. I’ve been building ML projects for almost 2 years, and earlier this year I won a gold medal at the International Conference of Young Scientists 2026, with a bio-ML project. Doing research that young taught me something frustrating: the work is what matters, but almost nobody looks at it. Applications, scholarships and internships ask for grades, titles, degrees and CVs, and a CV can’t show whether you’ve actually trained a model, shipped an agent or built a pipeline that works.

Why I built AI-Atlas: I wanted a way for anyone, whether a student, a self-taught builder or someone without a famous school on their CV, to prove what they can do with evidence instead of claims.

What I’m building: AI-Atlas (getaiatlas.com) reads your public GitHub and maps what you’ve actually built in AI. Each project is assessed, you get an Atlas Score and level, and there’s a live leaderboard by country. Paid users get a personal roadmap and a prediction of where their work is heading. A resume says what you claim; your Atlas shows what you’ve built.

What’s working: Small developer communities. Traffic from DevHunt and the Hugging Face Discord converts at about 45% from scan to claimed profile. In the first weeks, 94 developers were mapped and 25 verified builders from 10 countries joined the leaderboard. We launch on Product Hunt this Friday (Oct 30).

One thing I need: Intros to people who hire or train AI engineers, such as bootcamps, AI-education platforms and technical recruiters. I want to learn whether a verified “proof of work” score is something they’d use or pay for.

If you code, scan your GitHub and tell me where the score feels wrong. That’s the most useful feedback I can get. And if you’ve built something in research or AI yourself, I’d love to hear about it :)🙌

Whether you code or not, I’d love to connect. Say hi below or DM me!

Young Temi: design sites and small web tools from Nigeria

Hi everyone, I'm Adekanbi Joshua, founder and CEO of Young Temi Ltd, based in Oko-Aso, Nigeria. Most of what I build is for the web. My main project is a website for graphic design, which I've built in a few versions in my GitHub repositories using HTML and JavaScript. I also made a small Recipe Finder with Node.js, Express, Bootstrap and TheMealDB API, and a tool called personscope for tracking person information.

For coding help I use ChatGPT, Codex and GitHub Copilot, I deploy on Vercel, and I use Muse. I'm still early. I don't have users or traction to point to yet, so the main thing I'm working out is which project deserves my focus first.

What I'd love from this community is feedback on the graphic design site, especially from anyone who has built a portfolio or agency site. I'd most like to know what a visitor should see first.

KlirProspect update: looking for 5 people who prospect restaurants and cafés

Hi everyone, Philippe here, founder of Klirline Inc.
Following the feedback here, I’ve narrowed the KlirProspect pilot to one workflow: finding local restaurants and cafés, reviewing available information, saving relevant prospects, and organizing the next follow-up.

The preview now supports search → CRM → notes and next actions → export. I’ve also completed a hands-on check on my Samsung S24 FE using Chrome.

The pilot uses an Overture data snapshot within three defined 2.2 km areas in Montréal, Laval and Québec. Missing information stays blank, and known review notes remain visible. These are business candidates to assess, not verified leads or evidence of buying intent.

My ask: I’m looking for 5 agency owners, freelancers or service providers who prospect restaurants and cafés to join a free, guided 15-minute session.

You’ll try the workflow using an individual test account. I’d like to see where you get value, where you need help, and whether you would use it again.

No purchase is required. We’re testing the workflow before opening paid access.
If this matches your work, comment with what you sell and how you currently manage prospecting.

I wrote a real black hole ray tracer that runs in the browser (open source)

I built <black-hole>, a web component that ray-traces a Schwarzschild black hole live in the browser. Light paths are integrated step by step (RK4), so the Einstein ring, the lensed accretion disk and the bent stars come out of the physics instead of being painted on.

  • Drop-in: one script tag, then <black-hole>
  • Disk colour comes from blackbody temperature plus Doppler beaming (the side moving toward you is brighter and bluer)
  • Fixed pixel budget, so it stays smooth on Retina screens
  • Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, MIT licensed

Demo: milesgurule-png.github.io/event-horizon Code: github.com/milesgurule-png/event-horizon

Built it with Claude Code. The hardest bug was the whole image rendering upside down from one sign in the camera's up vector. Feedback on performance on your machine is very welcome.

A licensed physician (trauma surgeon or interventional radiologist) to review the concept — medical credibility is the gating factor

2.

Anyone with experience in medical device prototyping or acoustic/ultrasound tech

3.

Pointers on Canadian funding for dual-use medical/defense tech (eyeing DND IDEaS)

Not looking for cofounders — just smart eyes and honest feedback. Happy to share the repo with anyone serious.

Electrical engineer turned full-stack founder, building EDUVATE CBT

Hey everyone, I’m Peace Awofesobi, also known as CODEMaster 👋
I’m a full-stack developer and founder based in Nigeria. I studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering (graduated First Class), then fell in love with building software and never looked back.

What I’m building: EDUVATE CBT, an AI-powered computer-based testing and learning platform for African schools, universities, and training institutions. The goal is simple: make assessments smoother, fairer, and smarter for people who’ve been underserved by most ed-tech.

What I’m into:
Shipping real products for real clients

AI agents and putting Claude to work in actual workflows

What I’m hoping to find here:

Founders and builders to swap notes with

Feedback on EDUVATE (be honest, I can take it)

Ideas on taking African ed-tech to the next level

Happy to help with web dev, product, or building in the African market. Ask me anything. Where are you all building from? 🌍
