Runs a task on a cadence you describe in plain English, like a scheduler inside your session.
How each pass goes
- Give it an interval and a task.
- Claude runs the task, then waits.
- Each run sees the last one's results, so it can react to changes.
Stops when
You stop it, or the task says it is finished.
