How each pass goes
  1. Pull recent errors and group them.
  2. Pick the most frequent real bug.
  3. Fix it with a test; repeat.

The top errors are fixed or ticketed.
Starter prompt
Pull the last 24 hours of production errors and group them by cause. Ignore noise (bots, cancelled requests). Fix the most frequent real one with a regression test, then move to the next. Stop after three fixes and list the rest as tickets.
Paste into Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. To keep it running unattended, wrap it in /goal or the Ralph loop.
