Hi, I'm Ron, building royalty and copyright tools for musicians in Charlotte
I'm Ron Datraxman Carter, founder and CEO of Funkhopinccrypto Ent, LLC in Charlotte, NC. I'm an international producer and recording artist working in hip hop, funk, and R&B, and I'm building the technology side of that work under the Funkhopinc.crypto name. The tools I'm developing include SjpublisherVault and SjRoyalties Tracker, aimed at making copyright and royalty management more transparent for artists.
Most of my build is AI-assisted. My stack includes Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, LangGraph, Lovable, Vercel, and vLLM. The honest state of things is that the early version is a public repo and a launch page, and I'm still working out which parts of royalty tracking artists need most and who should be my first real users.
What I'd love from this community is feedback from anyone who has built rights or royalty software, especially on how you handle multi-party ownership splits. If you know someone in music publishing who would be willing to look at what I'm building, an introduction would mean a lot.

A producer and recording artist building SjRoyalties Tracker starts with an edge most music software founders don't have, because you know firsthand how murky splits and payouts can get. If artists can clearly see who owns what share of a song and what they're owed, they spend less time chasing money and more time making records.
