Hi, I'm Jason, building AI-driven roadmaps and integrations from Las Vegas

Hi everyone, I'm Jason Ward, founder of 312 Solutions in Las Vegas. We help businesses with product roadmap development, strategic planning, and business process integration, with a focus on bringing AI into everyday operations in a practical way.

My current stack includes OpenAI's Agents SDK, Claude, Gemini, Ollama, and Hermes, along with Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Google's Agent Development Kit. For prototyping I work in Lovable, Figma Make, and Google AI Studio. I'm still working out which of these hold up best once they're running inside a client's real workflow, so I'm learning as I go and trying to keep the scope honest.

What I'd love from this community is feedback from anyone who has moved agent workflows into messy, real-world operations. If you've done that, I'd value your take on where things usually break, or an intro to an operator who has.
