Robert (Rob) Terlizzi

I build AI governance with teeth. If an agent can act inside your business, "trust us" is a lousy control. You need to know what it was allowed to do, who was accountable, and whether you can prove what happened. A dashboard with a green checkmark is not much of an answer. That's why I founded Cognition Mesh. We help organizations put AI to work within clear limits, keep people in charge of the decisions that matter, and produce evidence they can stand behind. I've spent more than three decades in enterprise storage, data management, and infrastructure: NetApp, Isilon/EMC, IBM Flash, Reduxio, VAST Data, Dell EMC, and Lightbits Labs. I've worked with Google, VMware, Facebook, Pixar, Intel, Adobe, eBay, and McKesson. We run our own company on the work we're building. I care about what actually works, what we can prove, and whether it gives people their time back. The humans make the calls. The fleet does the work. If you're putting AI agents to work and need to stay in control, message me. Or visit cognition-mesh.com.
