Mastermind recaps
What came up on every Weekly AI Founder Mastermind: the topics discussed, who was on the call and the group photo.

Overview
A 25-minute peer mastermind for members at $1M+ ARR and paying Lounge members. Lounge is now at about 400 members.
Topic 1: AI go-to-market
- Ricardo Ghekiere (Founder, Patricia.app) is running a campaign built on fully AI-generated pages and outreach to host dinners in Amsterdam, Antwerp and Utrecht for agency owners (10 to 30 people). When an attendee confirms, their face is auto-cropped and added to the event page.
- Tom Regan (Founder & CEO, ArtemisGTM.ai) runs swarms of custom Claude-based agents from the terminal to build outbound GTM systems. They stack signals (funding, hiring), prioritize ICPs, and write personalized multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, cold call) using Liquid syntax. The swarm cut a 20-hour target account list build to 4 hours.
- Tom uses Amplemarket as his main data provider: built-in waterfall enrichment, real-time email verification (near 0% bounce) and 80 to 90% mobile number accuracy.
- Ryan Allis (CEO, Lounge.ai) shared that Lounge grew from 0 to 385 members in 10 days on 14,000 emails (33% open rate, 4.9% click rate), sourcing members from GitHub, Hugging Face, YC and LinkedIn. SEO/AEO, cold email and affiliates are the core growth stack.
Topic 2: Rebuilding legacy SaaS apps
- Ron Laughton (Founder & CEO, ReviewInc) upgraded Bootstrap 4 to 5 in one day and built an AI assistant that generates and updates the markdown documentation automatically.
- Chris Brisson (Co-Founder & CEO, Salesmsg) uses Claude Design to prototype UI pixel-perfectly before handing it to developers.
- Oliver Schmalholz (Chief AI Builder & Co-Founder, ListKit) rewrote 3.5 years of code in about 90 days on Cloudflare, cutting operating costs by 80% and raising throughput 5x.
- Bruno Goulet (Founder & CEO, Biztree / Business in a Box) went from 35 developers to AI-driven rebuilds, handing the full repo to Claude to modernize the stack across 14 apps.
