• Oliver Schmalholz (Chief AI Builder & Co-Founder, ListKit) rewrote 3.5 years of code in about 90 days on Cloudflare, cutting operating costs by 80% and raising throughput 5x.
• Bruno Goulet (Founder & CEO, Biztree / Business in a Box) went from 35 developers to AI-driven rebuilds, handing the full repo to Claude to modernize the stack across 14 apps.
