Claude Code 2.1.290 and 2.1.291 add session attach and logs commands, Managed Agents onboarding and security fixes

Claude Code 2.1.290 adds claude attach and claude logs for reconnecting to named sessions, a /claude-api managed-agents-onboard command, server tool-use data in mod hooks, and a Deny button on the apps-gateway sign-in page. It also fixes symlinked files bypassing permission blocks, image reads escaping approved paths, WebFetch silently truncating past 100K characters, and scheduled /loop tasks not resuming after compaction. Version 2.1.291, released the next day, fixes cloud sessions dropping answers to permission prompts and messages lost on quit. Teams running Claude Code unattended should update for the permission fixes alone.
