Hi everyone, I'm Pragnesh Shah, CEO and founder of Vertex Technologies LLC in Piscataway, NJ. We build AI Suite Pro, a SaaS platform to build, train, and deploy AI chat agents with social media integration. We also offer custom AI chatbots, automation, web and data scraping, custom software development, and remote IT staffing for businesses in the US.

Our stack includes the FastAPI, Next.js, AzureOpenAI, RAG, FAISS, PostgreSQL and popular LLM support, and we use Cursor and Claude Code in our development work. Building the chat agent for each business during the free trial is smart, since most owners won't set one up themselves.
Which kinds of businesses have been the quickest to say yes to a chatbot? I build sites for local businesses and they always ask about one, but most of their questions are just hours, pricing and booking.
Miles Gurule That is also a common use case for businesses to have a chatbot to answer FAQs and hours, pricing, booking etc as it does not make sense to have a 24/7 staff to answer that.
In general, It applies to any business but there are few main use cases where it is more applicable. 1) Sites with lots of content with many pages eg. colleges, engg or architecture services, manufacturing, government sites, etc as information is difficult to find and Chatbot helps a lot to user with natural language. 2) Small Businesses who needs leads and needs to engage with users without delay otherwise user will go to someone else. Chatbot helps in collecting/qualifying leads and engage the user by answering questions and responding instantly. eg. Home services like HVAC, plumbing, electrician, etc. 3) Any business with products/services offering for FAQs and common questions as level 1 support like hours, pricing, etc. eg. software, logistics, healthcare services, etc.
Many such business also are global and needs multilingual support so it also helps them.
In my experience working with few education institutes and government entities, they liked the solution but their internal evaluation and approval processes are long . I am still trying to work with few different industries for best fit but private companies with services and/or products seems to be providing good response.

We also provide them walkthrough of the platform so that they can review chat history, reports etc if they want as it helps in their business. Even if a business wants to see a chat agent in action for their business first, we build it for their business using our platform at no cost and demo them with no obligation. They also get 14 days free trial to try out. We have not built this platform keeping in mind to build complex AI Agent which can take many different actions based on different workflows but we are mainly focused on common usecases for the chatbot with leads and scheduling related actions mainly supported.
