Execution intelligence with industrial swarm AI: Satish of DeftLab, Dubai
I'm Satish Menon, founder of DeftLab FZCO in Dubai, working with NACRE Systems on our technology and product development.
We're building an Execution Intelligence portfolio for enterprise operations, with a particular focus on warehouse execution, inventory traceability, supply chain automation and AI-ready product data.
A key part of our vision is Industrial Swarm AI: moving beyond isolated AI agents towards operational agents that exchange intelligence, coordinate decisions and learn from actual execution outcomes. Rather than simply recommending what should happen, the goal is to help operations adapt intelligently to what is happening on the ground.
Our portfolio includes DEFT TLM for warehouse execution and inventory traceability, CORTEX for operational intelligence and agent-based coordination, and AIQ 100 for product data quality and AI readiness.
I'd welcome conversations with founders working on agentic AI, enterprise software, industrial intelligence and supply chain technology, particularly those exploring how AI can move from generating insights to improving real-world execution.

Welcome to Lounge, Satish. The idea of agents learning from actual execution outcomes in a warehouse is interesting, since feedback there is slow and noisy. How do you attribute an outcome, like a late pick or an inventory mismatch, to a specific agent's decision so the swarm learns the right lesson?
Yes... The solution does the orchestration and well as execution governance
