HDGroup Sub Like: digital services and e-commerce from Danang

Hi everyone, I'm Đinh Hữu Danh. I was born in 2002 and I'm the founder and CEO of HDGroup Sub Like, a digital services and e-commerce business based in Da Nang, Vietnam. We provide social media and online marketing services for platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Shopee, and our website has tiered pricing for partners.

I currently use Gemini and ChatGPT. I'm still figuring out where AI fits best in the business and which parts are worth automating, so I'm learning as I go and don't have a complete strategy to share yet.

What I'd really love from this community is some advice on tools. If you've set up AI for a small online service, especially for answering customer questions or processing orders, which tool would you start with? Any advice on how to approach it would mean a lot to me.
