MCA student in Lucknow working toward an AI SaaS
Hi, I'm Kushagra, an MCA student studying AI and ML in Lucknow, India. I'm building AI projects with the goal of becoming a SaaS founder, and I'm still early in deciding which problem is worth committing to.
The most concrete work so far is ChatBook, which turns a WhatsApp chat export into a premium PDF keepsake. I've also built a Chrome extension with a FastAPI backend for tracking LLM token use and optimizing prompts, an AI food analyzer that estimates calories from photos, and computer vision prototypes using OpenCV and MediaPipe. I build mostly with Claude, Claude Code, Codex, and Copilot. The repos are small and have little public traction yet.
What I'd love from this community is feedback. If you've taken a small AI product from prototype to first paying users, which of these would you test first, and what would you check before doing so?

Have you tried selling one ChatBook PDF as a paid gift for weddings or anniversaries, when people already spend money on keepsakes?
