Rongguang: an open-source AI studio for short dramas, from Guangzhou

I'm Stone Wu, a founder and creator based in Guangzhou, China. I'm a Java developer by background, and I've kept a technical blog since at least 2017, mostly notes on backend tools like MySQL, Elasticsearch and Spring.

I'm now building StoneWu, an agent-based platform that takes short dramas, motion comics and videos from script to finished footage. The current project is an open-source platform called Rongguang, which brings scripts, storyboards, assets and image and video generation into one workspace instead of scattering them across separate tools. I'm still early and figuring out how to shape this workflow well.

What I'd love from this community: feedback from anyone who has built or used agent-based creative tools, especially on how to structure the path from script to video.

Welcome to Lounge, Stone. A Java and backend background seems like a real edge for orchestrating script, storyboard and asset steps. How are you keeping characters and scenes consistent across shots: a shared asset store the agents reference, or regenerating with reference images each time?
