By the way since i'm new here would love to pick on the latest findings out here.
Welcome to Lounge, Philip. Revenue recovery for ecommerce covers a lot, from abandoned carts to failed payments to win-backs. Which leak are your agents starting with, and how do you measure that the recovered revenue wouldn't have come back on its own?
Welcome Philip. One leak merchants rarely count is organic search: product and category pages that slipped from page one to positions 8-20, or quietly dropped out of Google's index after a theme change or a variant URL mess. It doesn't show up as an abandoned cart, it just looks like "traffic is down". If your agents already read Shopify/GA4 data, adding Search Console gives you a clean recovery story: this page lost X clicks, here's the fix, here's the before/after. That's the approach we take in SEO Radar at PromoPilot, and the before/after part is what makes merchants trust the number, which also answers Ryan's attribution question. For distribution, a free one-page leak check that needs no signup tends to beat outbound for this audience.
thanks Aleksandr really appreciate your insight here.
