XYP3RN: one human, 34 Claude agents, an operating system for music

Hey all, I'm Blago, founder of XYP3RN, based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

What I'm building: an agentic operating system for music. One human, 34 Claude agents across seven departments, running an independent hip-hop label and an AI audio tools division. The OS has six domains (core, knowledge, research intelligence, label ops, tech, governance), with a strict pipeline that promotes research into canonical knowledge before any agent acts on it. Alongside it, I'm shipping audio tools: TRACE for mix analysis, voice conversion pipelines, and a release ops stack. I've been a rapper, producer and mix engineer since 2016, so I build the tools I actually need in the studio.

What's working: the agent workforce itself. Research, release planning, prompt systems and dev work run through agents, and I act as director and final reviewer, not operator. Governance and the knowledge-promotion layer are what keep it from drifting.

Having mixed records since 2016 is your real edge with TRACE, because mix engineers trust a tool built by someone who has sat through the same endless revisions they have. I'd sell TRACE to working engineers first and let the 34-agent label be the proof story behind it, not the main pitch.
