Yoppic: software and intelligent products from Shibuya
I'm Fahad Malik, founder of Yoppic, an independent technology company based in Shibuya City, Japan. We build software, digital products, intelligent systems, and creative technology, with the goal of turning ideas into things people can actually use.
Our work spans four areas: web software and developer tools, AI-powered systems that simplify complex workflows, creative technology where engineering meets design, and open-source projects we share with other builders. I'm still early in deciding where we should focus most, so I'm paying close attention to what people find genuinely useful.
What I'd love is a conversation with developers and designers who enjoy building in AI or creative tech. If you have feedback on yoppic.vercel.app, or know someone who might be a strong fit for our open roles, I'd be grateful to hear from you.

Welcome to Lounge, Fahad. With four areas on the table, from developer tools to AI workflow systems to open source, the focus decision usually comes down to who pays and how fast you can reach them. Which of the four has pulled the most unprompted interest so far?
Took a quick look at yoppic.vercel.app since you asked. The page looks polished, but right now neither a visitor nor Google can tell what Yoppic actually does: the title is "Building What's Next", the meta description is "Yoppic is building what comes next", and there's no canonical tag. Before choosing a focus, I'd ship one concrete thing (even a small open-source tool or a free web utility) and give it its own page with a plain-language title that matches what people would search for. Small free tools are the best traffic source we've found for an early product, they get found and linked on their own long before an agency-style homepage does. Moving off the vercel.app subdomain to your own domain early also saves you a migration later. Whichever of the four areas gets the first real users is probably your answer on focus.
