For 12 slides, give: the slide title as a full-sentence takeaway (not "Market"), the one point it must land, the evidence to show, and the visual.
Order: problem, why now, solution, product, traction, business model, market, competition, go-to-market, team, financials and use of funds, the ask.
Then: the 3 questions investors will press hardest on, with answers, and the weakest part of the story and how to shore it up.
Before you answer, check your draft against every instruction above and fix anything that misses.
Replace each highlighted input with your details before you send it.
Why it works
  • Takeaway titles make a deck readable without a voiceover.
  • One point per slide.
  • Surfaces the weakest link before investors do.
