Alan Motley

I’m Alan Motley, an AI researcher, entrepreneur, composer, and founder of Norynthe, an independent AI evaluation and trust-scoring company. My work focuses on AI governance, model evaluation, responsible AI, and the systems organizations need to move from experimentation to accountable deployment. At Norynthe, I am developing transparent evaluation frameworks, governed benchmarks, traceable scoring, and public trust signals for AI systems. I also publish The Norynthe Papers, a research and commentary series examining AI trust, governance, evaluation, institutional adoption, and the social consequences of intelligent systems. My background combines a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and an MBA with more than two decades in technology, enterprise transformation, product strategy, identity governance, cloud platforms, collaboration systems, and executive communication.
