Jake Mellman

Jake Mellman is the cofounder and CEO of Psilly Goose, a Los Angeles company that makes plant and mushroom based, non-alcoholic drinks as an alternative to alcohol. Before that, he ran Troop, a maker of functional mushroom gummies, and picked up experience in consumer packaged goods and e-commerce. Jake is now building an AI-native operating system for the company that handles wholesale sales, content, ads and operations, so a small team can work like a large one.
