Hi everyone, I'm Steven Benson, founder and CEO of Badger Maps, writing from Granada, Spain. Badger is a mobile-first route planner and field sales platform for outside sales teams. It combines route planning, sales mapping, territory management, lead generation and a CRM front-end that works with tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. More than 10,000 B2B field teams use it.
On the AI side, we have Badger AI for voice-to-CRM, route planning and email automations. My own stack is Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT and Supabase. I'm still working out how to get the most from these tools, and how to turn AI into less busy work for reps rather than more features to learn.
What I'd love from this community: feedback or stories from anyone who has shipped AI features for people who work in the field, away from a desk. What did you build, and what did users actually adopt?
