Atoms is Accel's early-stage program, and its 2026 AI Cohort was run jointly with Google's AI Futures Fund. Founders get capital, Google Cloud, Gemini and DeepMind resources, and mentorship from Accel partners and Google technical leads. The 2026 cohort of five startups was picked from thousands of applicants, kicked off in Bengaluru in March 2026 and wrapped in June with a visit to Mountain View.
