Abu Dhabi's global tech hub program for startups willing to relocate a founder and build a team in the UAE. It includes a 3-month guided track powered by Techstars, mentorship, regulatory help and access to corporate and government partners. Cohort 18 (June 2026) took 27 startups from 2,453 applicants; there is no separate AI track.
