Agilisium builds domain-focused AI, data platforms and analytics for clients across R&D, clinical operations, regulatory and commercial functions, and also places certified data and cloud talent with them. It is privately held and self-funded, with founder Raj Babu investing about $1 million of his own money at the 2014 start. Founded in 2014 as agileISS, it pivoted toward life sciences around 2018, and press reports put its revenue near $50 million, with a stated target of $100 million the following year. Headcount estimates vary widely by source, from roughly 600 to about 1,400 in 2026.
