Govra builds an 'intelligence infrastructure' platform for government. Its AI agents research the applicable law, reconcile records, flag discrepancies and prepare complex cases for public servants to review, with human oversight and traceability built in. The company started with tax audits, citing the US tax gap of more than $1 trillion, and works with state tax agencies in California, Indiana, Wisconsin and New Hampshire. It raised a seed round backed by General Catalyst, FJ Labs, Team Builder Ventures and Vinyl Capital, was named to Forbes' inaugural Agentic 20 list, and announced general availability of its agentic AI system for public agencies in October 2026.
