one.five, founded in 2020 by Martin Weber and Claire Hae-Min Gusko, runs Quartermaster, a materials-agnostic AI platform. It scans material-science patents and research to design packaging that meets technical, regulatory, cost and sustainability targets. It works with consumer brands, paper and coating manufacturers and converters, and it develops and scales up recyclable and bio-based packaging materials in its own lab and pilot facility. In January 2026 it raised a €14M Series A.
