The firm invests only in what it calls Cyber x AI. Its thesis is that AI models are being absorbed into security products, so older products may be displaced by AI-native ones. It works through several models at once: early-stage investing, a Foundry model where it founds companies with serial entrepreneurs, and larger co-investments at growth stage. Leumi Partners, the investment arm of Bank Leumi, is the anchor investor. Other backers include the Kahn family's Aurum office and cybersecurity entrepreneurs. The firm also runs CyberWisdom, a group of enterprise CISOs who invest their own time and capital and give founders feedback on products. It operates Shield8, a US AI-native MSSP platform, as a go-to-market channel for portfolio companies. At launch it had made five investments, alongside Greylock, Accel, CRV, Notable and Viola Ventures.
