NitroStack: Build, test, and deploy MCP servers in one place
The core SDK is TypeScript-first and borrows NestJS-style decorators. Authentication (JWT, OAuth 2.1 and API keys), Zod type safety and performance primitives come built in by default. NitroStudio is a desktop app for testing tools, inspecting payloads and chatting with a server. NitroCloud runs deployments on auto-scaling Knative infrastructure with custom domains and HTTPS. NitroCloud is still in early access, and applications typically take one to two business days to review. The pitch is consolidation. Many MCP tools supply a framework and leave testing, chat interfaces and hosting as separate decisions, each adding another tool to maintain. NitroStack bundles those steps into one pipeline. The team is also promoting a Compose feature that chains several tool calls into one workflow, shown in a loan risk assessment demo. The "80,000+ servers" figure comes from the company's own listing and is unverified. For AI founders, MCP servers are becoming the standard way to expose a product to ChatGPT, Claude and other clients. A vendor that covers auth, testing and hosting can shorten the path to a working integration. The tradeoff is lock-in to a young platform whose hosting layer is not yet generally available. Teams should check how portable the open-source SDK is before they commit to the cloud.
