GenPage 3.0: Build, personalize, and optimize landing pages with AI
The release adds a conversational agent. Users describe a page in plain language, and the agent plans it, decides how to personalize it, and pulls context from brand data and enrichments. Version 3.0 also brings rebuilt brand knowledge bases, Concierge, MCP in both directions, and Google Ads out of beta. Usage has grown: customers have built 200,000+ landing pages, up from 150,000 at the 2.0 launch five months ago. The company's homepage also says GenPage is now free. The company says the gap it targets is large. CEO Samy Barbier cites data showing only about 20% of paid traffic reaches a landing page built for the campaign that produced it, and that 62% of B2B companies using landing pages have six or fewer live. The product began with outbound and ABM pages and connects to lead lists, Clay workflows and Google Ads campaigns. For AI founders, this is an example of generation tools moving from building pages to running conversion loops. Two-way MCP support also suggests that marketing tools will increasingly be operated by outside agents, not only by people.
